Dynamics in Real Life - Migration from Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 (On-Premise) to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Online) at WindEurope

Presented by Maria Szumielewicz, IT Manager at WindEurope

WindEurope is a non-profit association, which uses CRM for the management of its corporate membership, events sales and BI-related services. In April this year, WindEurope went live with Dynamics 365 online after a one-year migration project from the legacy Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 (on-premise).

The presentation will cover project approach and phases, change management with user adoption aspects and overall user experience with the new version. If you are planning a migration from prem to cloud and/or from CRM to D365, then this is a presentation you can't afford to miss.

Dynamics 365 Business Edition vs Enterprise Edition

Presented by Philip Verlinden, Senior Consultant at Microsoft EMEA

With the 9.0 release, Microsoft has introduced a Business edition, which costs less than the Enterprise edition we all have now, but also comes with certain limitations. In this session we’ll try to get a better understanding of the Business licensing positioning within the Dynamics 365 landscape. Philip Verlinden will answer all the questions you may have about this topic, such as: Why would you consider Business edition? What are the main feature differences between the two editions? What’s the sales experience like in the new Business edition?

Chapter Meeting Round-table

Introduced by Fbrice Kwetchet, CRM Technical Lead at AXA Belgium

Are your CRM systems secured? Are there any possibilities to have data breaches in your CRM Online or On-premise? What types of industries are the most targeted by hackers and how to prevent the common security failures? With GDPR, what is the cost of failure to implement appropriate technical measures? In this session, we’ll deep dive into all these questions with real world examples and explore some detection and prevention techniques that you can easily setup.
